Principle
The Alpha-1900Plus uses a dual beam of light and a CT optical path system. After the light emitted by the light source is split by the monochromator, it is divided into two beams, one beam passes through the sample and the other beam is used as a reference. The dynamic feedback proportional recording system of the dual beam of light compares the light intensities of the two beams in real time to accurately measure the Absorbance or Transmittance of the sample at a specific wavelength.
