Overview
AMITTARI NF High Temperature Probe is a high temperature Probe designed for AMITTARI Coating thickness gauge, with a temperature measurement capacity of 150 ° C and a Measurement range of 0~ 300μm.
Features
1. High Temperature Resistance: Operating Ambient Temperature can reach 0~ 150 ℃, suitable for high temperature measurement scenarios.
2. Special design: specially used for AMITTARI Coating thickness gauge.
3. Wide measurement: Measurement range covers 0~ 300μm.
Strong adaptability: support for measurement on thin substrate (thinnest 0.3mm), small convex surface (minimum diameter 4mm), small concave surface (minimum radius 25mm).
Principle
The high temperature Probe is used in conjunction with the AMITTARI Coating thickness gauge to achieve accurate measurement of Coating thickness in a high temperature environment by sensing the difference in physical properties between the Probe coating and the substrate.
Applications
Coating thickness measurement in high temperature environment, such as metal processing, heat treatment, high temperature coating process.
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Connect the NF High Temperature Probe correctly to the AMITTARI Coating thickness gauge.
2. According to the measurement requirements, set the relevant parameters of the thickness gauge.
3. Ensure that the Probe is in stable contact with the coating surface to be tested within the allowable Temperature range (0~ 150 ° C).
4. The measurement is carried out in the area that meets the requirements of the minimum measurement surface (φ 6mm) and the clearance height (90mm).
5. Read and record the Coating thickness value displayed by the thickness gauge.
Notice
• Probe Operating Ambient Temperature is 0~ 150 ℃, Miscellaneous Probe Operating Ambient Temperature is 0~ 50 ℃, please do not use over temperature.
• Make sure that the thickness of the substrate is not less than 0.3mm during measurement.
• When measuring the convex surface, the diameter should not be less than 4mm; when measuring the concave surface, the radius should not be less than 25mm.
• The measurement area should not be less than φ 6mm.
• A headroom of at least 90mm should be maintained under the Probe.
• Please operate strictly according to product specifications to ensure measurement accuracy and equipment safety.
