Principle
The instrument adopts a single beam of light Optical inspection system, equipped with 1200/mm Holographic grating, and separates monochromatic light of specific wavelengths through a sealing grating monochromator. The light emitted by the Illuminant passes through the lens to concentrate and irradiate the sample. Detector measures the intensity of transmitted light, and calculates the transmittance and Absorbance value through the microcontroller system.

Steps
1. Turn on the preheating instrument
2. Set the measurement wavelength
3. Put in the blank sample and perform automatic adjustment of 0% and automatic adjustment of 100%.
4. Put in the sample to be tested
5. Read Transmittance or Absorbance Measured values
6. Record or process data

• The instrument should be placed on a stable, drying, vibration-free workbench
• Avoid direct light and high temperature environment
• Optical inspection parts are cleaned regularly to keep the instrument clean
• Make sure the instrument is powered off when replacing the tungsten halogen lamp
• Sample chamber should be thoroughly cleaned before and after use
• Power should be turned off if not used for a long time
