Principle
Optical inspection system of single beam of light is adopted. Based on the principle of light absorption, a sealing type grating monochromator is used to select a specific wavelength ray of light to measure the transmittance or Absorbance of the sample to light. Automatic calibration and concentration calculation are realized by using single chip microcomputer system to process data.

Steps
1. Turn on the preheating instrument.
2. Set the desired wavelength.
3. Put in the blank sample and automatically adjust it to 0% and 100%.
4. Put in the sample to be tested and read the transmittance or Absorbance value.
5. For concentration measurement, set the concentration factor or read the concentration value directly.
6. Connect the PC software through the RS232 interface for data transmission.
