The YUE FENG 723N visible spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a large LCD graphic LCD display, a spacious sample room, and a 5~ 100mm Cuvette. The host supports photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, and can display standard Linear dispersion and store 100 standard Linear dispersion and 200 detection data.

Principle
Optical inspection system based on Czerny-Turner optical path is used to realize wavelength scanning through grating spectroscopy. Absorbance, transmittance or concentration are detected by illuminant in photometric measurement.

Steps
1. Carry out wavelength calibrating and dark current calibrating
2. Select Photometric Measurement mode to test Absorbance, Transmittance or concentration at a fixed wavelength
3. Carry out Basis Weight test: a. Standard Linear dispersion method establishes up to nine points standard Linear dispersion, displays the map and regression equation; b. Coefficient method inputs the correlation coefficient for testing
4. Optional printer connection, print data or map

• The instrument has the function of automatically power off to keep data, but it is recommended to back up important data regularly
• Ensure that wavelength calibrating and dark current calibrating are completed before use
