Overview
The YUE FENG 723N (PC) visible spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a large-screen LCD graphic LCD display and a spacious sample room to accommodate 5~ 100mm Cuvette. The host supports photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, standard Linear dispersion display, and can store 100 standard Linear dispersion and 200 detection data. Automatic calibration of wavelength and automatic power-off hold data functions.
Features
1. Large screen LCD (64 × 128) graphic liquid crystal display
2. Spacious sample room can accommodate 5~ 100mm Cuvette
3. The host can perform photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, display standard Linear dispersion, store 100 standard Linear dispersion and 200 detection data
4. Automatic calibration of wavelength, automatic power-off data keeping function
5. The main components are imported for easy maintenance
6. Adopt Czerny-Turner Optical Path Design to Ensure Linear Precision and Ultra-Low Stray Light Detection
7. Can be directly connected to the printer (optional) to print data or maps
Principle
The instrument uses Czerny-Turner optical path system to detect in the 325~ 1100nm Wavelength range through an aberration grating (1200L/mm). Absorbance, transmittance or concentration of samples at specific wavelengths are measured using a halogen tungsten lamp light source, and standard Linear dispersion method and coefficient method are supported for quantitative analysis.
Applications
Chemical analysis, biological testing, environment monitoring, food inspection, pharmaceutical research and development
Steps
1. Turn on the power of the instrument to calibrate the wavelength and dark current
2. Select detection mode: Photometric measurement or Basis Weight test
3. For photometric measurement, set the wavelength and measurement Absorbance, transmittance or concentration
4. For the Basis Weight test, the standard Linear dispersion method (up to nine points) or the coefficient method (input correlation coefficient) can be selected.
5. Place the sample in the Cuvette and initiate the detection
6. View and store test data or standard Linear dispersion
7. Optional connection to printer output data or graph
Notice
- Make sure the instrument is placed in a stable environment to avoid vibration
- Wavelength and dark current calibrated before use to ensure accuracy
- Cuvette needs to be clean and free of contamination to avoid affecting the test results
- Illuminant safety during operation, avoid direct visual glare
- Regular maintenance of major components to ensure long-term performance of imported configurations
- The printing function is optional, and the compatibility of the connected device needs to be confirmed.
