Principle
The instrument uses the Czerny-Turner Optical inspection system to measure the sample Absorbance and transmittance in the 325~ 1100nm Wavelength range through 1200L/mm grating spectroscopy. Using the halogen tungsten lamp as the Illuminant, through the photometric detection and quantitative analysis functions, the standard Linear dispersion can be established or the coefficient method can be used for concentration calculation.
Applications
Chemical analysis, biological testing, environment monitoring, pharmaceutical research and development, food inspection, material testing
Standards
Wavelength Precision +/- 0.5nm, Wavelength Repeatability ≤ 0.3nm, Luminosity Precision +/- 0.002A (0~ 0.5 A )、 +/- 0.003A (0.5~ 1A )、 +/- 0.5% T, stray light ≤ 0.05% T@360nm
Steps
1. Carry out wavelength calibrating and dark current calibrating
2. Select Photometric Measurement mode for Absorption, Transmittance or concentration test at fixed wavelength
3. Basis Weight test can choose standard Linear dispersion method (up to nine points) or coefficient method
4. Establish standard Linear dispersion and display map and regression equation
5. Store test data and standard Linear dispersion
6. Optional connection to printer output data or graph
Notice
• Wavelength calibration and dark current calibration are required before use
• Cuvette size should be in the range of 5~ 100mm
• Standard Linear dispersion method can establish up to nine points of standard Linear dispersion
• The printing function is optional, and an additional printer needs to be connected.
• Pay attention to the Wavelength Precision and Photometric Precision Range of the instrument
• Regular maintenance to ensure Optical inspection system performance
