The YUE FENG 723S (PC) visible spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a large-screen LCD graphic LCD display and a spacious sample chamber design. It features photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, standard Linear dispersion display and storage, supports wavelength Automatic calibration and automatic power-off data retention, and is suitable for a variety of laboratory applications.

Principle
The instrument is based on an aberration-free Optical inspection system. It uses 1200L/mm grating and Czerny-Turner optical path design to measure the Absorbance, transmittance or concentration of samples at specific wavelengths through spectroscopic principle. Automatic calibration of wavelength and dark current ensures detection accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Carry out wavelength calibrating and dark current calibrating.
2. Select Photometric Measurement mode to test Absorbance, Transmittance or concentration at a fixed wavelength.
3. Using the Basis Weight test function, you can choose the standard Linear dispersion method or the coefficient method for detection.
4. Store or print detection data and maps.
