Overview
YUE FENG 752N UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a single beam of light Optical inspection system instrument, using 1200/mm Holographic grating, Light spectrum Bandwidth 4nm, Wavelength range 200~ 960nm. The instrument has the function of one-button automatic correction of ABS value, four-digit LCD display Measured value, using imported tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps, the lifespan is up to 2000 hours, the sample chamber is wide, can be placed 5mm~ 100mm Cuvette, and is equipped with RS232 data output port, which can be connected to computer and printer.

Principle
The instrument is based on a single beam of light Optical inspection system, using 1200 bars/mm Holographic grating and 4nm Light spectrum Bandwidth. Substances are analyzed by measurement of transmittance, Absorption, concentration factor or direct reading of concentration in the 200~ 960nm Wavelength range. The working methods include transmittance, Absorption, concentration factor and concentration direct reading. Illuminant (tungsten halogen lamp and deuterium lamp) is used to illuminate the sample to detect the light signal and convert it into a digital display.

1. ABS file background zero adjustment, measurement of known standard liquid Absorbance
2. Calculate the F value F = C/ABS
