YUE FENG 752NPC UV-Visible Spectrophotometer adopts imported tungsten lamp and deuterium lamp, the service life is up to 2000 hours, and it has the function of one-button automatic correction of ABS value. The instrument is equipped with a four-digit LCD liquid crystal display, which can display Measured value, the sample room is wide, and can be placed in a 5mm~ 100mm Cuvette. It supports RS232 data output port, which can be connected to computers and printers.

Principle
The instrument is based on an aberration-free Optical inspection system (1200L/mm grating), which performs concentration calculations using standard modes C = FXABS and F = C/ABS by measuring the transmittance or Absorbance of the sample in the 190~ 960nm Wavelength range. Working methods include transmittance, Absorbance, concentration factor and direct reading of concentration for fast analysis.

Steps
1. ABS file background zero, measure the known standard liquid Absorbance.
2. Calculate the F value F = C/ABS.
3. Adjust the F file to the required number (F range: 1-1999).
4. C file test sample.
