Overview
The YUE FENG Model 754 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument that uses one-button automatic correction of ABS values and a four-position LCD LCD display to clearly display measurement data. The instrument uses imported tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps. The Illuminant life is up to 2000 hours. The sample chamber is wide and supports 5mm to 100mm Cuvette placement. At the same time, an RS232 data output port is provided for easy connection of computers and printers for data transmission.

Principle
The instrument is based on the ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectrophotometry principle, and emits beam of light through the Optical inspection system (1200L/mm aberration grating) and Illuminant (tungsten halogen lamp, deuterium lamp). After the sample absorbs the light of a specific wavelength, the transmittance or Absorbance is detected. In standard mode, zero through the ABS file, measure the known standard liquid Absorbance, calculate the F value (F = C/ABS), then set the value in the F file, and finally read the sample concentration directly in the C file.

Steps
1. The ABS file is adjusted to zero.
2. Absorbance measurement of known standard solutions.
3. Calculate the F value with the formula F = C/ABS.
4. Adjust to the required value in F file (range 1-1999).
5. Sample concentration measurement in C file.
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is used in a stable environment to avoid vibration and strong light interference.
• Regularly check the life of the Illuminant and replace the imported tungsten lamp or deuterium lamp in time.
• Use the right size Cuvette (5mm to 100mm) to avoid sample overflow.
When connecting to a computer or printer, make sure the RS232 port is firmly connected.
• Pay attention to wavelength Precision and luminosity range during operation to avoid exceeding specifications.
