Overview
The YUE FENG 754N UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument, using imported tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps, with a service life of up to 2000 hours. The instrument supports one-button automatic correction of ABS values, and is equipped with a four-digit LCD LCD display, which can directly display Measured values. The sample chamber is wide, can hold 5mm to 100mm Cuvette, and is equipped with RS232 data output port, which can be connected to computers and printers.

Principle
The instrument is based on the ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle, and measures the Absorption or Transmittance of samples in the 195~ 1100nm Wavelength range through an Optical inspection system (1200L/mm aberration grating). Illuminant uses tungsten halogen lamps and deuterium lamps, and the optical signal is processed and converted into digital values. It supports ABS zeroing, F-value calculation and concentration Measurement mode for fast and accurate analysis.
Steps
1. ABS file background zero adjustment, measurement of known standard liquid Absorbance
2. Calculate the F value F = C/ABS
3. F file is adjusted to the required number (F range: 1-1999)
4. C file test sample
