Principle

UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is based on the Czerny-Turner optical path system, using tungsten halogen lamps and deuterium lamps for measurement in the 190~ 1100nm Wavelength range through grating spectroscopy. After the sample absorbs light of a specific wavelength, the Detector measures the transmitted light intensity and converts it into Absorbance or light transmitance data for quantitative analysis and standard Linear dispersion rendering.
