Overview
The YUE FENG UV759 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a Czerny-Turner optical path design to ensure the detection of linear Precision and ultra-low stray light. It features a large-screen LCD graphic LCD display for photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, and displays standard Linear dispersion, storing up to 100 standard Linedispersion and 200 detection data.

Principle
The instrument is based on the ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle, through the Czerny-Turner light path system, using tungsten halogen lamp and deuterium lamp light source, Light spectrum analysis in the 190~ 1100nm Wavelength range. It measures the absorption or transmission of light by the sample, converts it into photometric data, and displays the results in real time through a graphic LCD display.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply and perform wavelength Automatic calibration.
2. Place the sample in the sample chamber, using the standard 10mm sample holder or a 5~ 100mm Cuvette.
3. Select the detection mode (Photometric or Basis Weight Detection).
4. Set the scanning speed (fast, medium, slow).
5. Start detection, data is automatically stored and standard Linear dispersion can be displayed.
6. Optional printer connection to print data or graphs.
Notice
- Ensure that the instrument is used in a stable environment to avoid vibration and strong light interference.
- Regularly check the status of Illuminant (Tungsten Halogen and Deuterium) lamps and replace if necessary.
- Clean the sample room in time after use to prevent contamination from affecting the detection accuracy.
- Avoid operating in hot or humid environments to prevent damage to electronic components.
- The printing function is optional, you need to confirm the correct connection before using it.
