Overview
The YUE FENG UV759 (PC) UV spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a large LCD graphic LCD display and a spacious sample room to accommodate a variety of Cuvettes. The host supports photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, standard Linear dispersion display, and Data storage.
Features
Large-screen LCD (64x128) graphic liquid crystal display.
2. The spacious sample room can accommodate 5 to 100mm Cuvettes, with a standard 10mm sample holder.
3. The host supports photometric detection, Basis Weight detection, standard Linear dispersion display, and can store 100 standard Linear dispersion and 200 detection data.
4. Automatic calibration of wavelength and automatic power-off data holding function.
5. The main components are imported for easy maintenance.
6. Adopt Czerny-Turner optical path design to ensure detection of linear Precision and ultra-low stray light.
7. Can be directly connected to the printer (optional) to print data or maps.
Principle
The UV spectrophotometer is based on the Czerny-Turner optical path system, which emits rays of light through Illuminant (tungsten halogen and deuterium lamps), irradiates the sample after splitting through the grating, and detects Absorbance, transmittance or concentration. Automatic calibration of wavelength and processing of data ensures measurement accuracy and low stray light.
Applications
Photometric measurement, Light spectrum scanning, Multi-wavelength test, DNA/protein test, Light spectrum derivative, Kinetic test, Basis Weight test
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and wait for the system to initialize.
2. Select the detection mode (such as photometric measurement, Light spectrum scanning, etc.).
3. Place the sample in the sample chamber to ensure that the Cuvette is installed correctly.
4. Set wavelength and Miscellaneous parameters.
5. Start the test, Automatic calibration of the instrument and display the results.
6. Store or print data (optional printer).
Notice
- Ensure that the sample room is clean to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
- Check Illuminant and Light Path System before use.
- Avoid operating the instrument in bright light or vibrating environments.
Regularly calibrate the wavelength to ensure accuracy.
When storing data, make a backup to prevent accidental loss.
Optional features require additional purchase of corresponding software or accessories.
