Principle
Based on the proportional double beam of light structure, the instrument separates the light emitted by the Illuminant (tungsten halogen lamp and deuterium lamp) into monochromatic light by blazing Holographic grating and monochromator. After the sample absorbs the light of a specific wavelength, the Detector measures the transmitted light intensity, calculates Absorbance or light transmitance, and realizes Light spectrum analysis and concentration measurement.
