The YUE FENG FSP6650 flame spectrophotometer is a precision instrument with concave Holographic grating design, featuring pure and accurate Light spectrum. The device supports simultaneous direct reading measurement with any combination of five elements. It is equipped with a 5.6-inch color Touchscreen with a graphical interface and a streamlined operation. It is suitable for multi-element analysis.
Features
1. Concave Holographic grating design is adopted for the first time in the industry. Light spectrum is pure and accurate, with narrow passband, high Sensitivity and better linearity.

Principle
Flame spectrophotometer based on 1200 concave Holographic grating principle, through the grating of Illuminant analysis to Light spectrum, using imported Photocells, photovoltaic cells receive element signals for measurement. Linear dispersion fitting method is used for Linear dispersion calibration to ensure the accuracy and linearity of measurement results.
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply to ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 10~ 35 ° C.
2. Select the measurement element combination through the 5.6-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Start the automatic ignition function, and the system will monitor the flame.
4. Select whether to enable the internal standard correction function according to your needs.
5. Sample measurement is performed, and the instrument displays the result within Response Time < 8S.
6. Connect the printer to output data through the USB port.
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is used at Ambient Temperature 10~ 35 ° C to avoid external power supply.
• When using automatic ignition, pay attention to flame monitoring to prevent flameout and ensure safety.
• Regularly check the instrument Stability, the relative maximum change of the instrument indication within 15S should be less than or equal to 2%.
