Overview
QIWEI JFS-750 Disperser is a new environmental protection laboratory Disperser. The motor Power is 750W, and it adopts a dual-axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient to lift. The device directly displays the rotation speed of the rotating shaft digitally, and is equipped with a dispersed impeller and a sand grinding blade disc. It adopts a frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, and no carbon brush mechanical abrasion. It can adapt to different laboratory test needs, and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear velocity of the stirring, dispersion, and sand grinding blades and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate according to the displayed shaft speed, providing correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
QIWEI JFS-750 Disperser adopts a new type of frequency conversion motor, and implements stepless speed regulation of the motor through smart frequency conversion controller. Using digital PID technology, the control accuracy is high, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle Rotation speed. By adjusting the potentiometer knob or button, the speed regulation range of 60~ 8000rpm can be realized to meet different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, and the display on the meter is normal.
2. Turn the potentiometer knob to the left to the bottom
3. Press the "RUN" button on the panel, and the motor is ready to run
4. Adjust the potentiometer knob until the desired Rotation speed (you can also press the "▲" or "▲" button until the desired Rotation speed)
5. Press the "STOP" button to stop the motor from running
Notice
• When installing, the two grippers need to be installed on the fixed frame respectively, and the clamping rod is flat upward
• The stainless steel barrel needs to be fixed in the holder, and the barrel cover hole is consistent with the motor shaft
• Make sure the power connection is normal before operation
• Rotation speed needs to be adjusted slowly to avoid sudden acceleration
• Clean the equipment in time after use and keep it in good condition
