Overview
NIRUN HADV-2 + Pro is a digital Viscometer with a viscosity measurement range of 40-80 million mPa · s with an accuracy of +/- 1.0%. This product is a laboratory Viscometer specially designed to test viscosity values such as coatings, inks, etc., and comes standard with an RTD temperature sensor.

Principle
The HADV-2 + Pro digital Viscometer uses a stepper motor direct drive system and realizes stepless speed change control through a microcomputer Control system. The instrument calculates viscosity values by measuring the torque of the rotor at different Rotation speeds, and displays the shear rate and shear stress in real time.

Steps
1. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed
2. Pour the sample into the beaker or adapter
3. Install the rotor and immerse the sample
4. Turn on the power and set the Measurement parameters
5. Start measurement and read viscosity value
6. Connect computer via Interface for data collection (optional)
Notice
• Power supply voltage within AC100-240V range before use
• Select the appropriate rotor and Speed range for measurement
• Measurement range is exceeded, the instrument will sound alarm
Sample capacity should be in the range of 300-600ml or use a dedicated adapter
• Periodic use of standard solution for instrument calibration
• Keep the bearing system and rotor clean
• Thermostatic water bath for more accurate temperature control
