Overview
BOZHEN 202-1A digital electric heating drying oven is an electric static thermodrying oven with digital display instrument temperature control. The liner is made of good steel plate and treated with high temperature silver paste lame plating, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The box adopts a firm welding process, which can adapt to the long-term high temperature, high load and high frequency Operating Environment. It provides excellent conditions for the drying and heating of powder products. It is suitable for various test purposes such as drying, heating, disinfection, sterilization, curing or softening.
Features
1. Adopt a simple-to-operate digital display temperature meter for accurate and reliable temperature.
2. Window design, when observing changes in the sample, can ensure that the studio temperature does not run off.
3. The box is made of arc argon welding, and the outer part of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
4, liner is made of good steel, by high temperature silver paste lame plating, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, and the air in the box is circulated by natural convection to achieve the purpose of uniform heating. The digital temperature instrument precisely controls and displays the temperature in the box to realize thermostatic drying.
Applications
R & D institutions, ** institutions, special industrial and mining enterprise unit departments
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature through the digital display instrument.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
4. Close the box door and start heating.
5. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply.
Notice
• Do not place flammable and explosive items near the drying oven.
• When placing items, make sure that the placement of items does not hinder the natural convection of air.
• When the equipment is running, do not look directly at the observation window for a long time to avoid strong light stimulation.
• Be sure to cut off the power before cleaning, until the box is completely chilled down.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
