Overview
BOZHEN 101-4AD digital blast drying oven is an electric blast drying equipment with intelligent digital temperature control instrument. The maximum operating temperature is 300 ° C and the Inner chamber dimensions are 1000x800x800mm. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating, and can be used in industry or laboratory. The operating temperature of the equipment can be arbitrarily set from room temperature to maximum temperature, and it is kept thermostatic with the help of an automatic control system.
Features

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating and promotes mechanical convection of the hot air in the working room with the help of an electric blower, resulting in a uniform temperature distribution. The temperature is automatically controlled by an intelligent digital temperature controller (PID controller), which can achieve precise thermostatic within the set range.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be processed on the shelf of the sample in the studio (the shelf can be removed for large samples).
2. Close the door and set the required operating temperature through the intelligent digital temperature controller.
3. Turn on the power supply and start the device to start heating.
4. The working room can be observed through the glass window on the box door.
5. When necessary, the exhaust valve can be opened or the exhaust pipe can be connected to update the air.
6. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply and remove the sample after the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range.
Notice
• It is not suitable for placing items with volatiles in the drying oven to avoid explosion.
• The electrical operation part of the equipment is located in the control layer on the box side, and the side door can be removed for operation when overhauling or repairing the circuit.
• When the buzzer of the over-temperature alarm device rings, the power supply should be cut off in time and the fault should be eliminated.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power frequency is 380V and ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
• When taking and placing the test product, please pay attention to the high temperature to avoid burns.
