BOZHEN 101-3AS digital stainless steel blast drying oven is an industrial and laboratory equipment suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating. Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heater arranged in the air duct at the bottom of the studio. After starting, the centrifugal blower with large air volume works, forcing hot air to blow out from the top of the studio, and returning air from the bottom after passing through the studio to form a forced hot air circulation, so that the internal temperature of the studio is uniform. The temperature is automatically controlled by PID by an intelligent digital temperature controller (equipped with PT100 temperature sensing element). After the user sets the target temperature, the system can automatically adjust the heating power to maintain thermostatic. Open the exhaust valve for air exchange.

Steps
1. Place the test product on the test shelf in the studio (if the test product is large, the shelf can be removed).
2. Close the box door and observe the situation in the studio through the inner Glass door.
3. Turn on the power supply (220V).
4. Set the required operating temperature (RT + 50~ 300 ℃ range) and timing time (0-9999 minutes) on the intelligent digital display thermometer.
5. Start the equipment, and the heating and blast system will start working.
6. The device will automatically heat up and be thermostatic at the set value.
7. If you need to change the air, you can open the exhaust valve or connect an external exhaust pipe.
8. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and remove the sample after the temperature in the box decreases.
Notice
• It is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
Do not exceed the maximum load of the equipment (15KG per workpiece plate).
• Power frequency is 220V before operation.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting temperature stability and causing burns.
• Regularly check whether the electrical circuit and safety protection device (such as over-temperature alarm) are normal.
• When performing line inspection or repair, the side door of the control layer on the side of the box can be removed.
• Keep the exhaust valve or duct open to ensure the air exchange effect.
