BOZHEN 101-0 Blast drying oven is a heating equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. It is suitable for drying, baking molten wax, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating purposes. This product is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive materials to ensure safe use.

Principle
The blast drying oven is heated by an electric heating element and uses a built-in circulating fan to force convection, so that the hot air is evenly circulated inside the studio, so as to achieve a fast and uniform heating and drying effect.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature.
2. Start the heating and blast function.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
4. Observe changes in items through tempered Glass doors.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the items.
Notice
• It is strictly forbidden to dry flammable and explosive materials to avoid explosion.
• When using, please ensure that the Power frequency is consistent with the equipment requirements (220V).
• Do not open the box door for a long time while the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature uniformity and cause heat loss.
• Do not block the internal air duct when placing items to ensure uniform temperature.
When the equipment is working, the surface and internal temperature of the box are high, so do not touch it to prevent burns.
Before cleaning or maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Please place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
