Overview

Features
1. Adopting domestic professional technology, the furnace shell is made of good steel plate by folding welding and drawing. The control box and the furnace body are integrated in structure, with beautiful appearance and easy installation.
2. The inner lining is a rectangular overall lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials. The heating element is a spiral element made of anti-corrosion and insulating iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, which is heated 4-sided up, down, left and right.
3. The furnace is a sealing structure, and the insulation layer is built with refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products. The overall design is reasonable and the service life is long.

5. Adopt industrial PID self-tuning control technology, dual-screen high-luminance and wide-window digital display, microcomputer intelligent control, accurate and stable temperature control, and solve the drawbacks such as temperature overshoot.
6. With over-temperature alarm and automatically cut off the heating output, boot timing or thermostatic start timing function after setting temperature, built-in two-level over-temperature protection device, double insurance.
Principle
The muffle furnace heats up the furnace by energizing the built-in heating element (high temperature resistance wire). The PID adjustment control system is adopted, and the temperature in the furnace is measured in real time through K-indexing Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to the microcomputer intelligent controller. The controller automatically adjusts the heating output power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, achieving precise and stable temperature control. The furnace body adopts a sealing structure and multi-layer thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required operating temperature and thermostatic time through the controller.
3. Start the equipment and the furnace body starts to heat up.
4. After reaching the set temperature, the device automatically enters the thermostatic state and starts timing.
5. After the thermostatic time arrives, the equipment automatically stops.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying environment.
Please pay attention to high temperature during operation to avoid burns.
Do not use over temperature (up to 1000 ° C).
Regularly check whether the wiring posts, Thermocouples, and other components are firmly connected.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function during operation, but the operator still needs to pay attention to the operating status.
* Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for the furnace body to completely chill down.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble the controller or the internal structure of the furnace body.
