Principle
The ash determination muffle furnace adopts a microcomputer intelligent control system to adjust the heating output through PID self-tuning control technology. After setting the temperature, the instrument controls the high-temperature resistance wire heating element to heat the high-aluminum furnace to achieve uniform heating on the top, bottom, left and right 4-sides. The system measures the temperature through K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple and feeds back to the controller for precise adjustment. After reaching the set temperature, it enters the thermostatic state and starts timing, and automatically stops until the set working time ends.
