Principle
The resistance furnace uses PID adjustment technology to control the power output of the heating element according to the set temperature parameters through a microcomputer intelligent control system. The temperature measuring element (K-indexing Thermocouple) monitors the furnace temperature in real time and feeds it back to the controller. The controller precisely controls the heating of the high-temperature resistance wire by adjusting electrical components such as solid-state relays, so as to achieve precise thermostatic control from 100 ° C to 1000 ° C. After reaching the set working time or temperature, the equipment can automatically stop running.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and working time through the controller.
3. The device starts to heat up, and the PID control system automatically adjusts the power until the set temperature is reached and the thermostatic state is entered.
4. After the thermostatic time reaches the set value, the device automatically stops heating and alarms.
5. After the work, turn off the power and wait for the furnace body to chill down naturally.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, ventilated, flammable and explosive-free environment.
• When used for the first time or again after long-term use, it must be baked.
• The temperature of the furnace body is very high when working and just after working, do not touch it, and beware of burns.
• Special tools should be used when taking samples and cutting off the heating power.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases in the furnace.
When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, the power should be cut off immediately to check the cause.
• Regularly check whether the terminals are loose and keep the furnace clean.
