Overview
BOZHEN BZ-4-11TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control periodic operation heater. The product adopts Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace and multi-sided heating element, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed, uniform temperature distribution, and significant energy saving (energy saving rate of 40%). It can improve the experimental environment and has been tested to meet the national C-class furnace standard. It is suitable for sintering, heating and heat treatment in laboratories of coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research and Universities & colleges.

Principle
Pottery and porcelain fibre furnaces are heated by multi-faceted heating method. The temperature is measured by K-indexed Ni-Cr-Ni-Si Thermocouple and fed back to the built-in PID adjustment control system. The system automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process according to the setting program (up to 30 segments) to achieve precise temperature control. The furnace body is insulated by thermal insulation bricks and thermal insulation cotton to reduce heat loss.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature program (up to 30 segments) through the controller (liquid crystal program control instrument) under the furnace body.
3, start the equipment, the system will automatically control the heating, heating and thermostatic process according to the setting program.
4. After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
• The equipment has the function of over-temperature protection. When it is over-temperature, it will sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating. The cause needs to be investigated before use.
• The device will automatically stop heating when opening the door, please pay attention to safety.
• Do not perform unnecessary door opening operations while the equipment is running.
• Make sure that the temperature measuring components such as Thermocouple are installed correctly before use.
The equipment is relatively heavy (about 40KG), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving.
