Overview
CHIJIU S312-60 Constant Speed Stirrer is a laboratory mixing equipment using three-phase AC induction motor and imported frequency converter speed regulation. Its characteristic is that the motor torque is not affected by Rotation speed, and it is equipped with a large chassis, three columns and multi-slider design. It has a wider range of applications and a Rotation speed digital display function.
Features
1. Using three-phase AC induction motor, the torque is not affected by Rotation speed.
2. Adopt imported inverters for speed regulation.
3. Equipped with a large chassis, three columns, and a multi-slider structure, it is widely applicable.
4. Rotation speed digital display function.
Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a three-phase AC induction motor, and the input Frequency of the motor is controlled by an imported frequency converter, thus achieving stepless speed regulation. The torque output by the motor is transmitted to the stirringrod through the chuck to stir the liquid. The multi-slider structure allows flexible adjustment of the position of the motor, bottle holder and tray to suit different experimental vessels and stirring needs.
Applications
Laboratory agitation, chemical synthesis, sample mixing, solution preparation
Steps
1. Insert the pole into the base hole and tighten the M6 setting screw.
2. Load the motor bracket into the upper slider mounting hole.
3. Put the electrical box on the top of the pole and tighten the setting screw.
4. Align the motor plug with the socket under the inverter box to connect with the concave-convex groove, and hear a "click" to indicate that it is locked.
5. Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, and adjust the Rotation speed through the knob.
6. Release the upper slider knob to adjust the motor position, the middle slider to adjust the bottle clip position, and the lower slider to adjust the tray position.
7. Insert the stirringrod (standard diameter 6-6.5 cm) into the collet hole and tighten the collet with both hands. If the stirringrod is thin, you can add tape and then insert it into the collet.
Notice
* The power supply needs to be connected to a Three hole socket with protective grounding.
* Before plugging in or unplugging the seven-core motor, the power must be cut off.
* Stirrer should be placed on a flat workbench.
* Try to avoid working for a long time at the lowest Rotation speed to prevent the motor from overheating.
When the indicator light is turned on, check and replace the fuse at the bottom of the inverter according to the original specifications.
* After the stirringrod is clamped, the concentricity should be checked manually by swirl/spin, and then gradually accelerate from slow to fast after clamping.
* The temperature rise of the motor shell is allowed to be 45 ° C, and it is normal for the shell temperature not to exceed 75 ° C in summer. Overheating is mostly caused by overload, which can reduce the stirringrod fins or increase the Rotation speed.
* Motor overheating is mostly due to overload, please choose the appropriate stirringrod fin swirl/spin diameter according to Power (60W recommends 4-6cm), and the fin should be appropriately reduced when the liquid viscosity is large.
