Overview
CHIJIU JB50-S powerbasic stirrer adopts DC three-phase brushless motor drive, which has the characteristics of no spark, high efficiency, large torque, and extremely small motor temperature rise. It can adapt to high viscosity liquid stirring, and is equipped with a digital tube to display the stirring Rotation speed.

Principle
Driven by a DC three-phase brushless motor, the powerbasic stirrer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and drives the clamped stirringrod swirl/spin to achieve stirring and mixing of liquids. Its brushless design avoids spark generation and improves operating efficiency and torque output.

Steps
1. Installation: Load the column into the base and tighten the setting screw, install the cross section on the column, and insert the main cross bar into the cross section to fix.
2. Install the stirringrod: Load the stirringrod directly into the chuck for clamping, and ensure the straightness of the stirringrod.
3. Boot operation: first put the power switch in the off position, adjust the knob counterclockwise to the minimum, then plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch (the indicator light is on), and finally slowly adjust the knob clockwise to the required Rotation speed.
Notice
• When using, it should be accelerated slowly from slow to fast. If the straightness of the stirringrod is poor, it cannot run quickly or a soft connection shaft fixed with a support sleeve is required.
• Do not get too close when working to avoid the danger of clothing and hair being involved.
• When stirring, prevent liquid from splashing out.
