Overview
The FANGRUI NDJ-5S + RTD digital Viscometer uses microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display, with program setting and automatic control functions. The instrument has smooth Rotation speed, good accuracy and easy operation. It supports automatic scanning and error alarm. It can directly display information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number, percentimeter specific torque and temperature. Corrected with standard silicone oil through PC interface to ensure high sensitivity, High Accuracy and High Repeatability, it can determine the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.

Principle
The FANGRUI NDJ-5S digital Viscometer is based on microcomputer drive technology and stepper motor control for swirl/spin measurement of viscosity through the rotor in the liquid. The instrument automatically sets the Rotation speed and rotor combination, and the LCD screen directly displays information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number, percentile torque and temperature for High Accuracy measurement. Optional software analyzes the rheological performance of non-Newtonian liquids.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed combination, or use the auto-scan function to get recommendations.
3. Immerse the rotor in the tested liquid.
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically displays viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number, percentile torque and temperature and other information.
5. Optional temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, or output data through Interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets specifications (110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz) to avoid power fluctuations affecting accuracy.
• Correct with standard silicone oil through PC interface before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to the viscosity range when selecting the rotor, and use No. 0 rotor for ultra-low viscosity measurement.
• Automated scanning helps optimize rotor and Rotation speed combinations and improve measurement efficiency.
• Optional accessories such as temperature sensors, thermostatic cups, etc. need to be connected and used correctly.
• Avoid operating in extreme environment conditions to prevent affecting instrument performance.
• Regularly check the Interface and cable to ensure proper data transmission.
