Overview
The SNB-1 digital Viscometer uses microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display. It has program setting and automatic control functions to achieve smooth, accurate and easy operation of Rotation speed. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number, percentage torque and liquid temperature. The instrument is fully calibrated with standard silicone oil through the PC interface to ensure high sensitivity, High Accuracy and High Repeatability, and the measured data is accurate and reliable.

Principle
The digital Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Measurement principle to drive the rotor swirl/spin in the liquid through a microcomputer-controlled stepper motor. Tack resistance to the rotor is measured and viscosity values are automatically calculated and displayed. Measurement accuracy and Repeatability are ensured by calibrating the instrument with standard silicone oil.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed combination
3. Immerse the rotor in the tested liquid
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically scans and displays the viscosity value
5. Interface output measurement results (optional)
6. Clean the rotor and shut down after use
