PORUIKE BH350 Leeb hardness tester is an all-in-one portable Hardness measuring instrument with printing function. It can directly measure Rockwell (HRC, HRB), Richter (HL), Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV), Shaw (HS) and other Hardness values. It is suitable for steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, cast aluminum alloy, copper zinc alloy (brass), copper tin alloy (bronze), pure copper, forged steel and other metal materials. The instrument adopts ultra-low power consumption design, with High Accuracy, long battery life and portability, and meets many national and industry standards.
1. Meet the "Leeb hardness tester technical conditions" JB/T 9378-2001 and other standards, using D type High Accuracy Impact device. 2. Industrial shell design, strong, compact, portable, Reliability, anti-vibration, Impact and electromagnetic interference. 3. The integrated design of the host and printer makes it convenient to print test results on site. 4. Large-screen OLED 128 × 64 dot matrix display with intuitive information and no viewing angle restrictions. 5. One measurement can automatically convert 7 Hardness values such as Shore (HS), Richter (HL), Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC/HRB/HRA), and Vickers (HV). 6. Adopt a large-capacity nickel-metal hydride rechargeable battery, with remaining power indication and charging process indication, and the continuous working time is not less than 200 hours (when not printing). 7. Adjustment of boot indication software to ensure accurate data. 8. Optional 7 different Impact devices, automatic identification when changing, no need to calibrate. 9. Hardness value upper and lower limits and over-limit alarm functions can be preset. 10. Can store 600 sets of measurement data, support full Chinese menu and backlight display. 11. Can be equipped with powerful microcomputer software for data transmission, storage management, statistical analysis, and report printing. 12. Support forging steel materials to directly read the HB value without manual lookup.
The PORUIKE BH350 Leeb hardness tester works according to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. It ejects the Impact body onto the surface of the measured material through the Impact device, measures the speed of Impact and rebound, and calculates the Richter Hardness value according to the Richter Hardness definition (HL = 1000 × VB/VA). The instrument has a built-in algorithm to automatically convert the measured Richter Hardness value in parallel to the values of Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC/HRB/HRA), Vickers (HV), Shore (HS) and other Hardness standards.
Machining industry, on-site hardness testing of large parts and non-removable parts, Hardness testing of installed machinery or long-term assembly parts, Hardness testing of mold cavities, Hardness testing of heavy workpieces, failure analysis of equipment such as Pressure Vessel and turbo-generator sets, Hardness testing of workpieces with small experimental space, Hardness testing of bearings and other parts, material differentiation of metal material warehouses, rapid detection of multiple measurement parts in a wide range of large workpieces
Technical conditions for Leeb Hardness tester ZBN7l 010-90, Metal Leeb Hardness Test Method GB/T 17394-1998, Leeb hardness tester standard JB/T9378-2001
1. Select the appropriate Impact device according to the tested material and install it. 2. Turn on the instrument power. 3. Set the type of material to be tested and the required Hardness standard. 4. If you need to calibrate, you can calibrate the boot indication software. 5. Impact device is pressed vertically on the surface of the tested material, press the release button for measurement. 6. Read the Hardness measurement value displayed on the screen (multiple converted Hardness values can be displayed simultaneously). 7. If you need to save, the measurement results can be stored in the instrument memory. 8. For recording, test results can be printed on-site using an integrated printer. 9. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument power.
* Impact device should be perpendicular to the measured surface and pressed tightly during measurement. * Operating temperature of the instrument is -10 ° C to 55 ° C and storage temperature is -20 ° C to 75 ° C. * The measurement direction supports any direction of 360 °, but it should be noted that compensation may be required in different directions (the data does not clearly explain the compensation function, it is recommended to refer to the specific model manual). * When replacing different models of Impact devices, the instrument can be automatically recognized without recalibrating. Pay attention to the battery level indicator and charge it in time to ensure long-term use. * Avoid use in environments with strong electromagnetic interference, severe vibration or Impact, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy. For specific materials (e.g. forged steel), the HB value can be read directly using the D/DC type Impact device, without the need to look up a table. * The upper and lower limits of Hardness values can be preset, and an alarm will be prompted when the measurement value exceeds the limit.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
