NDJ-5T + RTD touch screen digital rotational viscometer is a modern instrument that adopts touch screen technology and integrates fast, accurate and convenient measurement. It can measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It has the advantages of many measurement parameters, rich display content, convenient operation, intuitive reading, high accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference, wide working voltage, etc. It can completely replace the same type of imported instruments.

Principle
The rotational viscometer calculates the viscosity value of the liquid by measuring the Tack resistance moment of the rotor by driving the rotor at a uniform speed swirl/spin in the liquid. The instrument can display various parameters such as viscosity, temperature, shear rate and shear stress in real time.

Steps
1. Use the front level to adjust the instrument to a horizontal state.
2. According to the sample viscosity range, select the appropriate rotor and speed combination (recommended by the automatic scanning function).
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested to the specified scale line.
4. Select or create a test program on the touchscreen to start the measurement.
5. The instrument displays viscosity, temperature, shear rate, shear stress and viscosity Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the measurement is completed, the data can be saved (up to 30 sets) or output data and Linear dispersion through the printer.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is level before measurement.
• According to the estimated sample viscosity range, correctly select the rotor and speed combination to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• The depth of the rotor immersion in the sample needs to reach the specified scale line.
• For kinematic viscosity measurement, enter the sample density value in the instrument.
• The instrument supports wide voltage operation, but the local power supply specification (110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz) needs to be confirmed.
• Thermostatic measurement requires special constant temperature bath, thermostatic cup and other accessories.
• The data printing function requires an additional printer.
