Overview
The NDJ-9T digital rotational viscometer is a modern instrument with 5-inch color touch screen and ARM technology. It can quickly, accurately and conveniently measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids through its own 30 test programs. It has the advantages of multiple measurement parameters, rich display content, convenient operation and high accuracy, and can completely replace imported instruments of the same type.

Principle
The NDJ-9T digital rotational viscometer uses a motor to drive the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the liquid. The rotor generates torque due to the viscous resistance of the liquid. The instrument measures the magnitude of this torque and calculates the viscosity value of the liquid according to the set rotor and speed combination. Its built-in automatic scanning function recommends the appropriate rotor and speed combination to ensure that the measurement is carried out within the optimal range.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and adjust it to level through the front level.
2. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample, select the appropriate rotor and install it.
3. Inject the sample into the container to the specified scale line.
4. Select or create a test program on the touchscreen and set parameters (e.g. speed, temperature, etc.).
5. Start measurement, the instrument automatically runs and displays viscosity Linear dispersion and related data in real time.
6. After the measurement is completed, the data can be saved (up to 30 sets) or printed through the interface.
Notice
Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
* Select the appropriate rotor and rotational speed combination according to the sample viscosity range, or use the automatic scanning function as recommended.
* When injecting the sample, bubbles need to be avoided, and the liquid level needs to reach the specified scale line.
* Please keep the environment stable during the measurement process to avoid vibration.
The instrument supports wide voltage operation, but it needs to be confirmed that the power supply matches (110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz).
Optional thermostatic components (e.g. Thermostatic bath, thermostatic cup) for precise temperature control measurement.
* When cleaning the rotor, use a suitable solvent to avoid damaging the rotor surface.
