Overview
FANGRUI Starch Viscometer (DFY-1), also known as starch gelatinizer, is a viscosity measurement instrument for starch and flour industries. It uses a special rotor and data processing software for starch measurement, which can easily and quickly determine various starches including corn starch, potato starch, konjac starch, sweet potato starch, bean starch and modified starch, as well as rice flour viscosity and gelatinized Linear dispersion.
Features
1, starch, flour industry viscosity instrument.
2. The instrument is compact and fully automatic measurement, and the data is directly exported, concise and clear.
3. It has the same basic functions as the similar gelatinizer in Brabende, Germany. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, good Repeatability and convenient use. Each measurement only needs about 1g of sample volume, which is fast and effective and cost-effective.
Principle
The instrument precisely heats the sample with an electric heating system and drives a dedicated rotor at a constant speed (75rpm) swirl/spin to measure the change in viscosity during starch gelatinization to map the gelatinized Linear dispersion. Data processing software is standard for data collection and analysis.
Applications
Starch viscosity determination, modified starch viscosity determination, rice flour viscosity determination
Standards
GB/T 2 2427.7 - 2008 "Determination of starch viscosity", GB/T 14490-1993 Determination of grain and starch gelatinization characteristics Viscosity Test Device method
Steps
Prepare approximately 1 gram of sample.
2. Put the sample into the instrument and start the measurement program.
3. The instrument automatically heats, measures and records data.
4. Export and analyze measurement results through data processing software.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is 220V, 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• The sample volume for measurement is about 20ml (corresponding to about 1g sample), please prepare as required.
• Temperature range of the instrument is above room temperature to 98 ℃, temperature control accuracy is 0.1 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
• Before use, please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly and the operating environment meets the requirements.
