Overview
The GAOPIN NGP40-N2 portable multi-function nitrogen detector is an instrument for rapid detection of nitrogen gas concentration and environment temperature and humidity (optional). It uses the principle of thermal conductivity detection and is equipped with a high definition color screen. When the measurement value exceeds the limit, it will emit sound and light vibration alarm. The instrument is suitable for detecting gas concentration in pipes, confined spaces, atmospheric environments, and high concentration single gas purity with nitrogen or oxygen background. It can detect more than 500 gas types.

Principle
The NGP40-N2 portable multi-function nitrogen detector adopts the principle of thermal conductivity detection for gas concentration measurement. The instrument has a built-in pump suction sampling system, which sucks the gas to be measured through a special gas circuit design. After integrated water vapor and dust Filter treatment, the gas comes into contact with the Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by professional circuit design and mature kernel algorithm, and finally displays the real-time concentration value on the screen. When the concentration exceeds the preset limit, the instrument will trigger an audiovisual vibration alarm.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode selection: Select real-time detection or timing detection mode as needed.
3. Sampling: The built-in pump of the instrument automatically starts sampling to ensure that the sampling port is aligned with the gas environment to be measured.
4. Reading: Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity information on the 2.31-inch high definition color screen.
5. Data storage: The instrument automatically saves data according to the settings (real-time, timing, or alarm storage).
6. Alarm processing: When the concentration exceeds the standard to trigger the alarm, take corresponding measures according to the sound, light and vibration prompts.
7. Data viewing and management: Data can be viewed and deleted locally through the instrument menu, or uploaded to the computer through the USB interface.
8. Charging: Charge the instrument through the standard USB interface, with charging protection function.
Notice
• Optional high temperature sampling cooling filtrate handle or pretreatment system, can detect high temperature flue gas, higher temperature needs to be customized.
• The instrument has a built-in Filter, which allows it to be used in high humidity or high dust environments, but it is still necessary to avoid physical damage to the instrument due to extreme conditions.
• When performing concentration calibrating, please note that the instrument has the function of misoperation identification, and the wrong operation will be prevented.
• Please pay attention to the Sensor life expiration reminder and the next concentration calibrating time reminder in the instrument log, and maintain it in time.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, waterproof splash and dust, but non-diving equipment, do not immerse in water.
• The instrument is intrinsically safe explosion-proof equipment, and the explosion-proof mark is Exia II CT6. Please use it in the specified dangerous place.
• When not detected for a long time, the pump suction function can be turned off to save power and prolong the startup time of the instrument.
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use a matching or compliant USB charging device when charging.
