Overview
The LANDTEK SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge is a portable measuring instrument with a built-in High Accuracy Inductive Sensor. It is designed with mechatronics, small size, light weight, and easy to carry and use. It makes measurements on the surface of the measured object through diamond measurement, can simultaneously measure both Ra and Rz asperity parameters, and is powered by a high-capacity lithium-ion battery.

Principle
SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge has a built-in High Accuracy Inductive Sensor, and its diamond stylus performs contact measurement on the surface of the measured object using the inductive principle. Driven by the drive device, the stylus moves along the measured surface, converts the mechanical displacement into an electrical signal by sensing the slight change of the surface contour, and calculates the asperity parameters such as Ra and Rz after processing by the internal circuit.

• Sensor stylus is made of Diamond Stone with a radius of 10 microns and a Measurement Angles of 90 degrees. Please pay attention to protection when using it.
• The instrument has a built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery, please use it under the specified working conditions (temperature 0~ 50 ° C, humidity < 80% RH).
• During measurement, the drive speed is automatically adjusted according to the selected sampling length (0.25mm sampling length corresponds to 0.135mm/s, 0.8mm corresponds to 0.5mm/s, 2.5mm corresponds to 1mm/s).
• The instrument has an automatic shutdown function, which helps save power.
