The rectangular vacuum chamber makes the effective volume utilization rate high and can make full use of space. 3. Resilience Double-decked Tempered Glass Door Observation of indoor objects at a glance. 4. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed synthetic silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high degree of vacuum in the box. 5. Each layer of the box can be heated independently, vacuumed independently, and injected with nitrogen independently, without interfering with each other.

Principle

The equipment heats the studio through an electric heating system, and at the same time uses the Vacuumpump system to remove the air in the box to create a vacuum environment as low as 133Pa. Heat treatment in the vacuum state helps to remove bubbles and moisture in the material and complete the process of hardening. Optional program control system can realize automatic control of process steps such as heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding.
