Principle
The density tester works based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method. Calculate the volume of the sample by measuring the weight of the sample in air and the weight of the sample immersed in a liquid medium such as water, and then obtain its density value. The instrument has a water temperature compensation function, which can correct the measurement error caused by the temperature change of the medium.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and connect it to the power supply to turn it on.
2. Fill the measurement tank with a liquid medium (such as water).
3. Place the sample on the measurement platform and record the weight in the air after the reading stabilizes.
4. The sample is completely immersed in the sink medium, and the weight of the medium is recorded after the reading is stabilized.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and volume results of the sample.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly before use to avoid vibration interference.
• When measuring, make sure that the sample is completely immersed in the liquid medium and there are no bubbles attached to the surface.
Depending on the measurement requirements, the actual water temperature and medium density can be set for more accurate results.
• Please use the special windproof dust cover configured by the instrument to reduce the impact of environmental factors on the measurement.
• When cleaning and maintaining, please disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not use this instrument in environments beyond the specified Humidity range.
