AR-120G density tester is an AR series product launched by DAHOMETER brand based on multi-year density measurement technology. Principle
The density tester is based on the principle of the Archimedes buoyancy method. The volume of the sample is calculated by measuring the weight of the sample in air and the weight of the sample immersed in a liquid medium such as water, and then its density value is obtained. The instrument has a water temperature compensation function, which can correct the effect of liquid density changes caused by water temperature changes on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table, connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium (e.g. water) to the sink.
3. Place the sample to be tested on the measurement platform and record its weight in the air.
4. The sample is completely immersed in the liquid medium to ensure that no bubbles are attached, and the weight in the immersion state is recorded.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and volume results of the sample.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly before use to avoid vibration interference.
• Make sure that the sample is completely immersed and the surface is free of bubbles during measurement, otherwise it will affect the Measurement accuracy.
• According to the measurement requirements, the actual water temperature can be set and the liquid medium can be replaced, but the medium density value needs to be set accordingly.
• Please use the special windproof dust cover configured by the instrument to reduce the impact of environmental airflow and dust on the measurement.
The instrument is suitable for workshops, laboratories and other places, but it should be avoided in highly corrosive or extreme temperature and humidity environments.
• Please be careful when cleaning the sink to avoid damaging the transparent PC material.
