Principle
Based on the principle of the Archimedes buoyancy method, the density tester calculates the density and volume of the sample by measuring the weight of the solid sample in air and the weight immersed in a liquid medium such as water.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium (e.g. water) to the sink.
3. Turn it on and set the necessary parameters, such as water temperature and medium density.
4. Place the sample on the measurement platform and weigh it in air.
5. Submerge the sample completely in a liquid medium and weigh it.
6. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and volume results of the sample.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, vibration-free table.
• Select the appropriate liquid medium according to the measurement needs and ensure that the sample can be completely immersed without bubbles.
• Regularly clean the measurement sink and measurement platform to prevent impurities from affecting the Measurement accuracy.
• When making measurements, use a windproof dust cover to reduce environmental disturbances.
• Power supply voltage requirements (AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ) to ensure stable power supply.
Do not exceed the maximum weight of the instrument (200g).
• Please keep the instrument properly after use.
