Overview
The AR-600K density tester is a series of products launched by the DAHOMETER (Dahometer) brand based on multi-year density measurement technology. It has the characteristics of good measurement Repeatability, high accuracy and simple operation through simplified function, optimized structure and enhanced practicality. The instrument is mainly aimed at the jewelry industry, jewelry testing centers, banking, pawn industry, mining, precious metal recovery and research laboratories and other fields. It does not need to destroy the sample. It only takes two steps to accurately and quickly measure and display the gold K value and purity%, platinum PT value and purity%, silver S value and purity%, and the purity% and density value of Miscellaneous alloys.

Principle
The AR-600K density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method for measurement. The density value of the sample is calculated by measuring the weight difference in air and the weight difference in liquid medium (such as water), combined with parameters such as medium density. For precious metals, the built-in algorithm of the instrument can further convert according to the density value and display its K value, PT value, S value and corresponding purity percentage.

Steps
1. Place the sample on a measurement table and weigh it in air.
2. Immerse the sample in a liquid medium (e.g. water) in a sink and weigh it.
3. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results (such as K value, purity%, density value, etc.).
Notice
• Compensation setting is required according to the actual water temperature before measurement.
Can be set according to the needs of measurement medium density, air density, primary and secondary material density, copper and silver ratio and other parameters.
• The copper-silver ratio can be switched between 9/1 and 1/9, and the default setting is 7/3.
• The instrument supports single-button correction and automatic detection functions.
