AR-1200K density tester is a new series of products launched by DAHOMETER brand based on multi-year density measurement technology through functional simplification, structural optimization and enhanced practicality. The instrument has the characteristics of good measurement Repeatability, high accuracy and simple operation. It can quickly measure the K value, purity percentage and density value of precious metals such as gold, platinum and silver without destroying samples.

Principle
The density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method for measurement. By measuring the weight difference of the sample in the air neutralizing liquid medium, combined with the medium density and other parameters, the density of the sample and the content of precious metals are calculated.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable workbench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium (e.g. water) to the sink.
3. Turn it on and set the necessary parameters (such as water temperature, medium density, etc.).
4. Place the sample to be tested on the measurement table and weigh it.
5. Immerse the sample in the liquid medium, and the instrument automatically measures and displays the results (such as K value, purity percentage, density value).
Notice
• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, vibration-free table.
• Ensure that the measurement medium (e.g. water) is clean and free of bubbles adhering to the sample.
• According to the measurement requirements, set the water temperature, medium density, material density and other parameters correctly.
• The instrument has a windproof dust cover, please make sure the cover is closed during measurement to reduce environment interference.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ).
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Minimum Weight of the instrument is 5g, please ensure that the sample weight meets the requirements.
When cleaning the instrument, do not use corrosive detergents and avoid liquids entering the instrument.
