The instrument is mainly aimed at jewelry industry, jewelry testing center, banking industry, pawn industry, mining, precious metal recycling, precious metal material research laboratory and other fields. It can accurately and quickly display the K value, content percentage and density value of precious metals such as gold, platinum and silver through two steps.

Principle
This density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method for measurement. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and the buoyancy in water (or Miscellaneous liquid medium), combined with set parameters (such as water temperature, medium density, etc.), the density of the sample and the content of precious metals are calculated.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the measurement table and measure its weight in the air.
2. Immerse the sample in the liquid medium in the water tank and measure its weight in the water.
3. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density value of the sample and the corresponding precious metal content (such as K value, purity percentage).

* The maximum weighing of the instrument is 120g, and the Minimum Weight is 2g. Please pay attention to the sample weight range when using it.
* Before measurement, compensation should be set according to the actual water temperature to ensure Measurement accuracy.
* Can set the measurement medium density, air density, primary and secondary material density, copper and silver ratio and other parameters as needed.
* The default copper-silver ratio of the instrument is 7/3, which can be switched in the range of 9/1 to 1/9 domestic circulation as needed.
* The instrument supports single-button correction and automatic detection functions, and it is recommended to calibrate regularly.
