Principle
Based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method, the density tester automatically calculates the density of the sample and related physical parameters by measuring the weight of the sample in the air neutralized immersion in the liquid medium (such as water), combined with the density of the liquid medium.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up to ensure the stability of the instrument.
2. According to sample and measurement requirements, set parameters such as water temperature and measurement medium density.
3. Place the sample on the measurement platform and measure its weight in the air.
4. Immerse the sample in the liquid medium in the water tank and measure its weight in the water.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results, such as apparent density, volume density, Porosity, etc.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, vibration-free table.
• Special windproof dust cover is required during measurement to reduce environment interference.
• Correctly set water temperature compensation and medium density according to actual measurement requirements.
• Ensure that the surface of the sample is clean, drying, and completely submerged before immersion in the medium.
• Regularly perform single-key calibration on the instrument to ensure Measurement accuracy.
