Principle
The density tester works based on the Archimedes drainage method. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and immersed in a liquid medium (such as water), combined with the known density of the liquid medium, the density of the sample and related physical parameters are automatically calculated.

Steps
1. Turn on and warm up to ensure the stability of the instrument.
2. Place the sample on the measurement platform and measure its weight in the air.
3. The sample is completely immersed in the liquid medium of the measurement tank to measure its weight in water.
4. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and related results according to the input water temperature or medium density parameters.
5. According to requirements, parameter settings can be carried out, such as water temperature compensation or medium density setting.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, vibration-free table.
• Make sure that the sample is completely immersed in the liquid medium during measurement and that there are no bubbles attached to the surface.
• According to the actual measurement environment, set the water temperature or liquid medium density correctly to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Regularly clean the measurement sink and platform to prevent dust or impurities from affecting the measurement results.
• Power supply voltage (AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ).
• The windproof dust cover of the instrument configuration should be used during measurement to reduce environment interference.
• When making measurements of waterproofed samples, set the correct medium density in the parameters.
• Please use standard weight when correcting, and follow the process of single-button correction and automatic detection.
