Principle
The density tester works based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and immersed in a liquid medium (such as water), combined with the density of the liquid medium, the density of the sample and related physical parameters are automatically calculated.

Steps
1. Turn it on to warm up and ensure the level of the instrument.
2. According to measurement requirements, set parameters such as water temperature and measurement medium density.
3. Place the sample on the measurement table and measure its weight in the air.
4. Immerse the sample in the medium of the measurement tank and measure its weight in water.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays density and related physical parameters (such as apparent density, body density, Porosity, etc.).

• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly and horizontally before use.
• Select the appropriate liquid medium according to the measurement sample characteristics.
• Water temperature setting and compensation are required before measurement to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• When the sample is immersed in the medium, ensure complete immersion and no bubble adhesion.
• Regularly clean the measurement sink and windproof dust cover to keep the instrument clean.
