Principle
The density tester works based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and immersed in a liquid medium (such as water), combined with the density of the liquid medium, the density of the sample and related physical parameters are calculated. The instrument has a water temperature compensation function to ensure the accuracy of measurement at different environment temperatures.

Steps
1. Turn it on to warm up and make sure the instrument is placed horizontally.
2. According to the characteristics of the sample, select or set the water temperature, measurement medium density, etc. in the parameter setting.
3. Place the sample on the measurement platform and weigh it in air.
4. Immerse the sample in a measurement tank with a liquid medium (such as water) and weigh it in water.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results, such as apparent density, volume density, Porosity, etc.
6. After the measurement is complete, remove the sample and clean the measurement platform and sink.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly and horizontally before use.
• Correctly set water temperature and medium density parameters according to measurement requirements.
• When immersing the sample, ensure that the sample is completely immersed and free of bubbles.
• After measurement of different samples or replacement of media, please clean the sink and measurement platform in time.
• Power supply voltage (AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ).
• The windproof dust cover of the instrument configuration should be used during measurement to reduce environment interference.
• Periodic single key calibration to ensure Measurement accuracy.
