YIHENG BPZ-6933B Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products. It is widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes.

Principle
The Vacuum oven creates a vacuum environment in a closed studio (vacuum chamber) and cooperates with the heating function to perform heat treatment such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening or drying on the contents of the box. Its program control function can set and automatically perform different stages such as heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding to achieve process automation and conformity.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, program control parameters (e.g. heating, vacuum holding, nitrogen holding time) can be selected and set.
2. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
3. Adjust the tightness of the door closure to ensure sealing.
4. Start the equipment and perform vacuum drying treatment.
5. After processing is completed, remove the item.

• The over-temperature protection temperature control port is an optional function. If you need this safety function, please pay attention to the selection.
• Model with "B" is equipped with high-quality brand Vacuumpump.
• Optional parts (such as inert gas intake valve, liquid water Filter, drying tank, exhaust oil filtrating device) need additional booking, which will increase the delivery time.
• If the exhaust oil filtrating device is selected, it is recommended to replace it every 6 months.
• The performance parameter test under no-load conditions is: environment temperature 20 ℃, environment humidity 50% RH.
