Overview
AR-150P density tester is one of the AR series products launched by DAHOMETER brand based on multi-year density measurement technology. The product has the characteristics of good measurement Repeatability, high accuracy and simple operation through simplified function and optimized structure. It is mainly suitable for true density measurement of plastic powder and granules, rubber powder, natural Stone, metal powder and other materials.
Features
1. Any powder can measure its true density.
2. Anyone can easily operate it.
3. Fast measurement and good stable performance.
4. Any liquid can be used as the measurement medium.
5. With actual water temperature compensation function.
6. Equipped with a special windproof dust cover.
7. Can be adapted to workshops, laboratories, and other places.
Principle
AR-150P density tester based on Archimedes principle, using displacement method and Specific Gravity bottle Measurement mode optional, by measuring the sample buoyancy change in the medium to calculate its density.
Applications
Plastic Powders and Granules, Rubber Powders, Natural Stones, Metal Powders, Carbon Materials, Abrasive materials, Cement Powders, Fireproof Materials, Pottery and porcelain Materials, Soil, Pigments, Rock and Coal, Ion Resin, Powder True density Research Laboratory
Standards
GB/208、GB/T9966、GB/T1033.1、GB/T 23561、GB/T24203、GB/T8330、GB/T21782.3、ASTM C 97、D 5004、C329、217、DIN51057
Steps
1. Select the displacement method or the Specific Gravity bottling method mode according to the measurement needs.
2. Set water temperature and measurement medium density parameters.
3. Use a single button for automatic correction.
4. Place the sample for measurement, the measurement time is about 10 to 60 seconds.
Notice
• Please make sure that the instrument is properly connected to the power supply (AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ) before use.
• It is recommended to use a special windproof dust cover during measurement to reduce environment interference.
• Select the appropriate liquid as the measurement medium according to the measurement sample.
• Measurement accuracy is ensured by regular calibration using standard weights.
Do not use it in a humid or dusty environment for a long time, so as not to affect the performance of the instrument.
